La pesante incastellatura monolitica in acciaio saldato, dalla quale sono stati completamente eliminati gli stress termici prima della lavorazione meccanica, è stata progettata per resistere alla deflessione e assicura sia stampaggi più precisi sia durata più lunga dello stampo. 


Il sistema di protezione a risposta rapida di limitazione del sovraccarico rilascia la pressione di un sovraccarico del tonnellaggio nell’arco di millisecondi, arrestando subito la pressa e prevenendo danni alla pressa e agli stampi,


Le guide riportate di notevole lunghezza assicurano controllo eccellente della precisione e dell’allineamento della slitta per l’intera corsa.


La slitta è dotata di una piastra portastampo con scanalatura a T, in acciaio, amovibile per agevolare eventuali modifiche, riparazioni o sostituzioni.


Il freno e la frizione in bagno d’olio pneumatici offrono lunga durata, manutenzione ridottissima e prestazioni elevate anche a elevate velocità su corsa singola.


Senza costi aggiuntivi, il comando della nostra pressa è dotato di funzioni spesso opzionali sui normali sistemi di comando delle presse:

  • Sei interruttori di fine corsa programmabili
  • Quattro ingressi di protezione dello stampo programmabili
  • Display a cristalli liquidi per la visualizzazione dei messaggi di stato e di errore
